She's the CEO and founder of WeTalent.AI, a platform that helps companies find ideal business partners and effectively manage relationships using AI. WeTalent.AI was recognized as the winner of the Intema AI accelerator based in Luxembourg. As a financial advisor, Kristina supports USA and MENA-based FinTech, MarTech, and Web3 start-ups to thrive.

Her professional experience includes over 9 years in finance, managing non-profits, community-driven projects, and VC space. Prior to WeTalent.AI, she was the CEO of an Edtech company that focused on C-level and tech professions within the top-10 New York venture fund ecosystem, achieving YoY growth of 4x. Her experience also extends to working in a development bank, asset management company, and international consulting. Aside from her professional development, Kristina is also a social activist who has founded a community of young professionals and a non-profit organization dedicated to financial literacy, a tech educational platform and a major science and technology festival. She is a McKinsey Women's Achievement Award winner and holds degrees from Financial University and Technical University.
